The Insights Discovery\u00ae personal profile is nowadays one of the most performing in the world and offers a very precious help for everyone in order to understand how he\/she operates and interacts with others in his\/her professional life. It allows each of us to improve the quality of our relationships both in a work and private environment.<\/p>\n<p>Each profile consists of a &#8220;basic&#8221; module which covers the following :<br \/>\n<strong>Generalities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Potential strong and weak points<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Value for the team<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Communication style<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Blind spots<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The opposite style<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Suggestions for development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The information given by the &#8220;basic&#8221; module can be completed by additional Insights Discovery\u00ae modules which cover specific issues related to the type of work (people management, sales).<\/p>\n<p>The Insights Discovery\u00ae profile is based upon answers to the Insights Discovery\u00ae questionnaire made up of 25 questions. It requires an average of half an hour to fill it in.<\/p>\n[\/spb_text_block] [\/spb_accordion_tab] [spb_accordion_tab title=&#8221;The organisation of the day&#8221;] [spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=&#8221;no&#8221; pb_border_bottom=&#8221;no&#8221; width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243; el_position=&#8221;first last&#8221;]\n<p><strong>Target\u00a0: <\/strong><br \/>\nManagement teams and executives within a top management, department or project team.<br \/>\n<strong>Goals :<\/strong><br \/>\nBecoming aware of one&#8217;s own individual profile as well as the profile of colleagues through understanding individual behavioural preferences.<br \/>\nDevelop concrete strategies to strengthen the group dynamics.<br \/>\nWork out a concrete &#8220;hand-out&#8221; to better communicate with all team members.<br \/>\n<strong>Timing:<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom 9am till 5.30pm \u00a0(ideally outside the company)<br \/>\n<strong>The organisation of the day :<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the morning, the facilitator presents the Insights colours and their dynamics as well as the scientific foundations of the different personality types developed by the Swiss psycholog Carl Jung.
